Styled Shoot // Intimate Portraiture // Nolan

When I first reached out for people to model on super short notice, I was blown away by the response of people willing to get out of their comfort zone. It makes me so proud to know so many of you, and to have the opportunity to try fun things with new people. It’s also nice having a community of people that are open to sharing intimate details of their lives not just with words, but also with pictures.

Nolan commented on the post and said it sounded like fun which is hilarious because Nolan and I had never met before. On top of this, Nolan was fully prepared to get halfway nude (read: practically naked) to fulfill my vision for this shoot. Nolan declared himself shy before we started and the way he rocked this shoot is AMAZING.

A lot of photographers I’ve met are incredibly talented at capturing intimate portraiture, so it was really nice to be able to dabble in this art form inspired by people I hold near and dear to my heart. I really love these and I’m excited to get to showcase more people, more often.
